| Summary: | The article interprets that the current conditions of market transformations, development of European integration and globalization processes require domestic enterprises constant improvement and development in order to ensure effective activity in the future. A large number of scientists equate the entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise with the human resources considering only its intellectual component. The article identifies features of allocation of current assets as an element of entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise. In the article proposed to consider current assets as a resource component of the enterprise potential of the enterprise based on the concept of a resource approach to the interpretation of the economic essence of "entrepreneurial potential". The importance of allocation of current assets in the system of resource share of entrepreneurial potential is substantiated on the basis of comparing the dynamics of the share of current assets and the volume of net profit of Ukrainian enterprises, which showed a direct correlation between the increase of the share of current assets and the volume of profit of enterprises. Allocation of current assets to a part of entrepreneurial potential requires improvement of their functioning using innovative approaches and methods of best management experience in the use of current assets. The basic components of the current assets management system are defined, which include the subjects, the object of management, the basic principles, methods, functions, tools and stages of management of the current assets as an element of the entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise, based on which the management model is formed. In the article is also characterized the influence of modern conditions of European integration and globalization on the functioning of current assets in the system of realization of entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise. Modern processes of European integration and globalization require domestic enterprises continuous improvement and modernization, which is most effectively, realized through mutual complementation and interconnection of intellectual and resource components. |
